Energy Tax Credit Microtargeting
We partnered with a leading clean energy company to safeguard the Section 48E clean electricity investment tax credit at a critical moment in federal policymaking. To generate political pressure where it mattered most, we deployed a precision digital campaign that combined geofenced programmatic ads, persuasive social storytelling, and rigorously tested messaging centered on jobs, supply chain security, and economic growth. By microtargeting manufacturing hubs, energy project communities, and key swing districts, we delivered over half a million impressions, generated thousands of petition signatures, and drove a wave of constituent outreach straight to lawmakers’ offices. The result: moderated domestic content thresholds, clearer foreign influence rules, and extended project timelines in the final bill—clear proof that smart, data-driven advocacy can shape the outcome of high-stakes national tax policy.

Historic Statewide
Victory
In 2023, our client—a Republican incumbent—won statewide in a southern state with nearly two-thirds of the vote, defeating a crowded field that included several other Republicans. He carried every congressional district and posted commanding margins in majority-white precincts, while also achieving a historic breakthrough in majority-Black precincts. Securing about 30 percent of the vote in those communities—more than double the share earned by the top-of-ticket Republican that cycle—our client delivered the highest level of Black voter support for a Republican in the state’s history. The result reflected both overwhelming strength with the traditional Republican base and unprecedented gains in new constituencies, making the victory one of the most consequential of the year.
